Maciej Kuźmiński's Four Seasons celebrates life, presented in kaleidoscope-like images in an almost hypnotic and complex dance composition. Created for one of Hungary's oldest dance theatres, Central Europe Dance Theatre, a company of seven dancers, the work brings to the stage the most characteristic elements of Kuźmiński's choreographic style, mixed with a reinterpretation of folk traditions. In the ever-changing structure of Four Seasons, nature and culture, rebirth and return, are intertwined, becoming a broader metaphor for life as change.
