Responsibilities (depending on position):
- Participation in EU projects
- Arranging accommodation and travel for foreign guests: SŐT7, Mono Dance Festival, Beyond Front@ Creative Europe competition
- Liaising with artists, guests, artistic director, project manager
- Assisting the Communications Manager
- Designing KET graphic elements
- Sending emails, sending recommendations to schools, institutions, etc.
- Postal administration, notary tasks, printing and signing contracts
- Monitoring of budgets
Expectations:
- English language skills, written and spoken
- Specialised education or experience
