The literal translation of Kizil Elma is \"red apple\", but in the philosophical sense it carries more the meaning of \"transcendent fruit\" or \"transcendent knowledge\". Kizil Elma transcendental thinking means that the source of knowledge is located in transcendence and is not based on perception. This source of knowledge is imprinted in the human soul and is in direct relationship with God, who is the supreme transcendent reality. This way of thinking basically asserts that experience gained through perception is based on errors and limitations, whereas transcendent knowledge is above all and reveals reality to the human soul. This knowledge is capable of transforming man and showing him the way to spiritual progress. It is an important element of traditional Islamic philosophical values.
