Erika Vasas is a recognized and active member of the Hungarian and international dance communities. She has been working as a dancer, rehearsal director, and assistant choreographer with the FrenÁK Company for more than ten years. She completed her studies at the Pécs Secondary School of the Arts and the Hungarian University of Dance, where she studied classical ballet, contemporary dance, and acting under the guidance of outstanding teachers. Early in her career, with the support of Béla Földi, she completed her professional internship at the Budapest Dance Theater. In 2014, she was introduced to the world of circus arts through the Recirquel New Circus Company. As a guest artist with the company, she performed in comedic roles and on the aerial hoop. Her independent creative project is called VASAS MŰVEK, which debuted on the stage of the National Dance Theater in 2020 with the performance EXIsT, presented with support from the NKA’s Imre Zoltán Program.
